Remittance Terms

Payment is to be received for all goods prior to despatch.

Faulty Goods

We will replace goods that are faulty up to 1 week after delivery, so please make sure you check the items you have ordered within a reasonable time of receiving them. All of our products perform as directed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we are unable to control the conditions in which products are used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We are only able to accept the return of goods that are deemed to be faulty. These items can either be exchanged or a refund given.

Shipping and Handling

All orders within the UK are delivered by courier. We can deliver to destinations outside mainland UK on request. Please call or e-mail for details.

Orders valued over £250 (excl VAT) will be despatched free of charge.

All orders are normally delivered within 72 hours. If however, there is a problem with your order we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

Deliveries take place Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific date or time for delivery. We do not deliver at Weekends.

You will receive an order confirmation and despatch confirmation email sent to the email address given at the time of order.

floorgear.com collects only voluntarily submitted information through the course of its business to enable us to process your requests. Relevant information is only used by us to provide you with the service you have asked for. No information is ever sold to mailing lists or other third party organisations.

All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted connection. floorgear.com do not store or have any access to credit card details.
